CNC controlled Turning
We carry out CNC controlled turning operations and continuously invest in new machines that are increasingly at the cutting edge of technology, precision and productivity. All mechanical processes are carried out by qualified technicians who are able to guarantee full compliance with customer requirements, with important results in terms of precision and processing speed.
The department of CNC controlled Turning counts:
- Seven 3-axis CNC
- Machining from 5 to 140 mm Diam.
- Turning Working range up to diam. 370 mm
- All networked to SPC control during production
Our mechanical processing are: Automatic turning and CNC Sliding Headstock Turning. The machinery includes lathes and work centers including a 5-axis CNC, the precision and quality of the service make us a point of reference for our customers.
Our production of industrial gaskets includes: Oring, B-up rings, Valve Seats, Washer, Thread Sealing and Conical Thread Sealing. We collaborate with our customers for design work and the use of innovative materials.
